Subject

Pourscan is computer software licensed, not sold. The licence enables the analysis of one site (one host name) for the purchased period, monthly or annual, on a limited number of computers.

Purchase and renewal

Purchases are made in the client area with payment via Stripe. The licence activates immediately; renewal is not automatic and adds the new period to the remaining one.

Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the licence has already been used to analyse the site, being digital content supplied with immediate performance at the customer's express request.

Permitted use

The app must be used on sites you own or are authorised to analyse. Circumventing the licence check or redistributing the app is forbidden.

Limitations

Automated outcomes do not replace human evaluation and are neither a certification of conformance nor an accessibility statement.

Governing law

Italian law; consumer's forum where applicable.
