Data processed and purposes

• Access statistics: the site records page, language, referring site, browser and operating system. The IP address is not stored: it is only used to compute a non-reversible daily fingerprint that changes every day. No cookies, no third parties. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
• Client area: email, password (hashed), billing details, licences, activated computers, orders. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives the data needed for the transaction and the invoice.
• Contact form: name, email and message, used only to reply.
• Pourscan app: the app sends the server only the licence key and an anonymous fingerprint of the computer for verification; the content of analysed sites never leaves the computer. Error reporting is off by default and is enabled by the user's choice.

Retention

Statistics: 13 months in aggregable form. Accounts and tax documents: for the duration of the relationship and the statutory periods. Contact messages: up to 12 months after the reply.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to info@pourscan.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
