Frequently asked questions
Is the price for the app or for the site?
For the site. The app is free and the same for everyone; you pay one licence for each site (host name) you want to analyse. Two sites, two licences; the app stays one.
Can I use the licence on several computers?
Yes, up to the stated number. From the client area you can unlink a computer to free the seat.
How do I pay?
By card via Stripe; the invoice is emailed. For bank transfer, contact us.
Can I change domain?
No: the licence is bound to the host name. Another site needs another licence.
Does it renew automatically?
No. We notify you near expiry and you renew when you like: the period is added to what is left.
